The beds and room were clean and no complaints. One of the days we didn’t have breakfast because they washed the room and so didn’t serve it. Other than that a pleasant experience.
Smoking rooms? Not happy at all, booked my room via my company travel website, nonsmoking room on Monday. Arrived at 930pm on Wednesday, entered my room and the smell of cigarettes. Ashtray and book of matches on desk. Checked my reservation and clerk said sorry were are completely full she cant change my room. Not even a courtesy call to let me know, and heck no not a word when I checked in. Diamond member very unhappy! So much for the 100% guarantee sign at the front desk. Too late to drive to another room and within the cancel without fee..... Will not stay here again, will stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Dothan during my monthly trips here for now on.
Very nice and clean with a helpful staff. The beds could have been better but all around good stay and the breakfast in the morning is a plus.
They are very awesome people. They take care of you in everyway. Good choices for breakfast. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are always available. Clean nice rooms. Can't say enough about these wonderful people.
