Locked myself out of my room here in the middle of the night and owner refused to walk down with me to let me in. So I ask if he could at least call to my room and wake my friend who was inside and he says no again! Then yells at me for throwing an everloving fit in his lobby. Poor service. Poor quality. Just poor.
It's okay but need a lot of improvement for the price we had to pay for that room $40.00 is hard to co mm e by for a none decent room ; Also they need a breakfast bar for the price as well. other than that it's okay.
Dirty,, carpet, furniture and smelled awful. When I told desk clerk I couldn't stay and why, he offered another room. Not much better. Wouldn't give me a refund, I left anyway and called bank to request they refuse payment. They will take care of it. Had to choose a star rating to post. Didn't have negative ones. One star for crappy attitude.
It has bed bugs and all the rooms smells like smoke.. NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN.
