We rented a Uhaul trailer for a weekend and Joyce was a treasure to work with throughout the process. She was not only professional, but very accomodating. She helped us in every way she could including hitching and unhitching the trailer for me which was no lightweight job. I hope her boss realizes what an awesome employee she is and rewards her accordingly. Having been a business owner myaelf, I realize how difficult great employees are to come by. I will definitely recommend this business to others.
Great and friendly and the manager went above the call of duty to help us with our situation. I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent customer service, 24 hour security and they are clean. I feel safe being out in unit at all hours.
