That pizza place does not know what they are doing. There was only ONE employee there that was nice to me. I think his name was Carson. I also witnessed other employees being very disrespectful to this guy, which also made me mad. These people are not professional at all. They should get some more training or something on customer service and work eticate. Carson was a perfect gentleman, but I won't ever order from this place again.
Everyone is super friendly and the food is always great. Awesome customer service.
We order a pizza at 9:45 pm online. 10 minutes later we get a call saying they don't do carry outs at this location after 10PM- the website clearly states they do until 12AM. So we ask if they'll deliver- they don't deliver where we live which is 11 miles away, understandable. So we ask if they can deliver to our place of business and they tell us they will only deliver to residences. Which is BS because I've ordered numerous times and had delivered to my office. These people just don't want to work. Terrible customer service and we order here frequently- at least we used to. We will drive to Enterprise from now on.
Rude staff, will hang up on you, wont deliver for less than 10.00 even at the hotel behind you. No corporate office from what I was told and trust me I can tell. Zero customer service skills on my order, happened a lot so finally leaving a review.
The staff were amazing, so nice and my pizza could not have been better. Ill definitely be back here
