John Rook is an excellent counselor and helped me very much in the time that I saw him, even though he could not save my marriage at the time (it was beyond saving but he did his best) and always treated us with dignity and respect. That is why it is so sad that I have to say that I wouldn't trust him with record keeping as he lost the entire file on my marriage counseling and did not even have a digital copy. Worse, he told my legal representation who needed the file that he never, ever took notes which I knew was untrue and was contradictory to what he had said about losing the file (how can you lose something that never existed?).
He is good counselor to go to for advice, but I wouldn't go to him if you might need records of your therapy later.
