Employees are constantly asking me if I need any help on finding a product. They can't be expected to know the details on tens of thousands of products and how they work particularly if they are not in their "home department and area of expertise", but if Walmart has it, they will find it and search the back storeroom, if there are none on the shelf. Friendly, courteous and helpful. They go out of their way, every day. Store is cleanest and most organized of any of the dozens that I have visited over the years..... by far. I am glad that this Walmart and its employees are in Ozark.
Clean store, but never are there enough checkout lanes open. If you need to get in and get out, this is definitely NOT a good Walmart to do this in. After speaking to a manager at this location, the impression that I was left with is that they really don't care about how long you have to wait to check out. Management at this location seems not to know how to schedule to make sure that customer service is at a minimum
I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the staff here. The 3 stars is because of the manager. She is absolutely awful and rude. She could learn a thing or 2 from her own staff on customer service and just simple manners.
Great place to shop, get groceries paper products, cleaning supplies, clothes, shoes, etc all in the same store! And you can get your oil changed while you are shopping.
Nice place to shop friendly associates very helpful and the door greater Mary Ann Edwards is a awesome associate I look forward to seeing her when I go she know all the customer by name very friend person enjoy because if you are down and you go to San's and she's there she will lift you up I wish more stores have associates like her it will help the business a kind word will help no matter what you are going through I just want Sam's to know that she is the reason that 95% of the people that shop in the store and her off day the atmosphere is totally different
