Dr jennings does good work but his secretarys distribute your childrens account balances and schedules to outside people. HIPPA privacy notice is non existent to them. Beware
Dr. Jennings and his staff are top notch! His staff is very friendly and you truly know that they care about your well being. I had recently moved to the area and had my regular six month check up. Later I got my teeth whitened, had oral surgery and had a bridge put it. They all took excellent care of me and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Jennings and your lovely staff!
Omg i have been connected with this dentist office i had / have lot going on that i was in tears. I prayed & God led me to Dr. Jenning office & omg did he lead me well... Dr. Jennings is so gentle & he care about his patients.. N the staff is sweet good hearted people. 10stars.... N the strange thing while i was there an older lady walked in & told me she could tell who i was.. A child of God.. Thank you DrJennings n staff for being there for me
My husband used this dentist in '13 for the extraction of a wisdom tooth; after the procedure we paid our insurance co-pay and they billed our insurance. A month later I received a notice that we had been turned over to a collection agency for $8.00; I was shocked because I thought the amount was paid in full, but I promptly paid the $8.00. Today 10/15/14, I attempted to make an appointment to have a cracked tooth fixed. They found my husband's record and said it was "flagged" for being turned over to collection. I said "It was $8.00 and I paid it as soon as I found out." Their response was "That does not matter it is company policy that once flagged we can no longer see the patient or any of their family members regardless of the reason." Really...? I find this to be asinine, and pretentious; a clerical error on their part is making me have to find a new dentist.
My husband and I and our two children have been patients of Dr. Jennings for several years. I am thrilled with the quality of the care we all receive. We also like that they use the latest technology but still only charge small town prices. Dr. Jennings and his hygienists have a gift for helping my children feel less anxious about going to the dentist, and that means a great deal to us. Would totally choose this dentist for ourselves and our family again!
