At close of business Wednesday, I visited garage to check progress on my car, saw vehicle sitting in the back, no progress made, Owner told me I'm not allowed in the garage
Owner threatened to remove me from property
Owner refused to return my key to me
Damaged my vehicle during towing ($250 Universal Joint Broken), rendering car undrivable
Owner mocked me for wearing the US ARMY Uniform (I come straight from work)

Did not provide alternate transportation to replace my only vehicle

We were stranded at our hotel and Mike was the person who was sent out to help jump our car. He was super friendly and professional, we ended up needing a new battery and he went out of his way to take us to Oriely auto parts so we could get a new battery. We will never forget our amazing experience! Highly recommend Mike and his services!
Owner refused to show me the "work" done on my vehicle
If I can give a negative review I would. These people are highly unprofessional. I have been a premier customer with AAA for 4 years. Today I needed a tow and called AAA and they immediately dispatched a call for a tow truck to pick me up. I'm not even 15 mins away from this place and I waited over 2 hrs with no one calling and coming. I called and got the info from AAA to call and ask what's going on and the lady who answered from Pinkys was down right rude. The worst customer service I have received. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I cancelled and immediately got Eagle Towing and they came no less than 30 mins. We all know Dothan is a skip and a hop away. Be smart use your money on a company who has great customer service and who actually cares about integrity and work ethic.
Offered to repair damage cause by Pink's for free
Owner refused to give me time to schedule pick up (Despite my being clear I live 30+ minutes away and have no other way to get to work than the vehicle he damaged)
I do not recommend this company for any service, and it is possibly dangerous to interact with the owner.
They put pennies in our joint and welded it on
Awaiting USAA and Agero to resolve issue, possible police intervention to retrieve my property form Pinky's
