We had one of our vehicle so serviced here about a year ago and they totally screwed it up. 2 days later we were at another dealership getting the same part repaired with no apology or any attempt from Gilland to make it right. We keep our vehicles in top shape, only buy GM Vehicles and only have them repaired at a GM service departments. Our vehicles are our source of livelihood since we travel and own our own business. I am telling you as a business owner of 2- Gillands customer service leaves much to be desired, which is why we choose to travel out of our way to go to Solomon in Dothan. Today I locked myself out of my vehicle and needed a spare key anyways so I paid a friend to bring me to Gilland to have one cut, simple fix- take them my title and registration and get my key right? Wrong! They told me I had to have purchased my vehicle from them to get a key made. So let me get this straight- y’all will do other types of work on vehicles no matter where they were purchased and screw them up- but won’t cut a key? So then I had to pay someone to bring me all the way to Dothan for a key to get cut. I deal with Chevy dealerships across the country and I can tell you Gilland is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It will be worth your while to go ahead and make the trip to Dothan or Enterprise. If you don’t fit the proper mold or social groups you can expect terrible service from Gilland.

The sales staff (notably Larry Smith), the service department and the entire crew are professional, personable, knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to deal with. I have purchased several cars from Gilland; everything from buying off the lot to special orders. Every experience has been a positive.one. I will not even consider going to another dealership. They are that fantastic!
From the moment me and my daughter walked through the front door the customer service began. Hakim was our sales professional. He was great !!! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All the staff was great,and of course we drove off in a new car. If your looking to buy a new car Gilland is the place to go. It was God-ordained! Everything happened quick, easy and worry-free. Kristin (sales) & Valerie (financial specialist) were awesome! Those ladies made me feel like I was in great hands.
